Q1: Quotation / Price?
A: Please advise the specs / quantity so we can quote you the best price, we will reply to you when we start work(Beijing Time.) or when you start work(Your time). =)
Q2: How to prepare my artwork files for printing?
A: Please provide Adobe Illustrator (AI/EPS) file.
Q3: MOQ?
A: 500-1000 pcs.
Q4: How long will it take to receive my order / lead time?
A: 15 calendar days after artwork or sample confirmed.
Q5: Do you offer custom packaging or assembly?
A: Yes, we provide OPP bag or heat shrinkable film for packaging.
Q6: 2. Whether samples could be provided or not? And the sample lead time is?
A: Yes, samples could be provided. Kindly note sample fees need to be charged for the new customer, and as soon as customers place the order, we will return all the sample charges. And the lead time for the sample production is 3-5 days.
